Help! My Withdrawal is Delayed
BK8 processes withdrawals faster than almost anyone (avg 15 minutes). But sometimes, things get stuck. 90% of the time, it's one of these three reasons.
Reason 1: Turnover Requirement Not Met
The Scenario: You deposited RM100, took a RM50 Bonus, won RM500 instantly, and tried to withdraw using DuitNow.
The Fix: Check your Turnover Status. Bonuses come with a rollover requirement (x3, x12, etc.). You cannot withdraw any funds until you have bet the required amount. You need to keep playing until the target is hit.
Reason 2: Bank Maintenance (The 12 AM Curse)
The Scenario: You withdrew at 12:15 AM. The status says "Processing" or "Success," but your Maybank account is empty.
The Fix: Wait. Malaysian banks do maintenance overnight. Your money has left BK8 but is "hovering" in the interbank system. It will drop into your account automatically when the bank comes back online (usually around 6:00 AM).
Reason 3: First-Time Verification (KYC)
The Scenario: You just won a HUGE jackpot (RM10,000+) and it's your first big withdrawal.
The Fix: Check your inbox/notifications. For security, we may need to verify you are the real account owner. We might ask for:
- A photo of your IC (front/back).
- A screenshot of your bank statement header (to match names).
This is a one-time check to prevent identity theft.
