Common BK8 App Problems and Solutions

Apple periodically removes wrapper apps when their nature is detected. Symptoms: app crashes immediately on launch, or App Store shows "this app is no longer available". Fix:

  2. Delete the old wrapper from your phone
  3. Search the App Store for the current wrapper name and install

Long-term fix: switch to the home-screen web app approach. Open BK8 in Safari, tap share button, "Add to Home Screen". This launcher icon is immune to App Store removals.

Login Works on Web But Fails in App

Symptom: same credentials log in fine on the website but fail in the app. Almost always a cached session issue.

Fix on Android: Settings → Apps → BK8 → Storage → Clear Data, then log in fresh.

Fix on iOS: delete the app and reinstall (no separate "clear data" option).

If still fails after data clear, your app version may be outdated — download the latest APK or wrapper update.

Push Notifications Not Arriving

Common configuration issue. Check:

  • Phone-level notifications enabled for BK8 in your Settings → Notifications.
  • App-level notifications enabled in BK8 settings → Notifications → On.
  • Account preferences in BK8 web — some notification categories require opt-in at the account level.
  • Battery optimisation on Android can suppress background app notifications. Settings → Apps → BK8 → Battery → "Don't optimise".

App Freezes During Live Casino Streams

Live casino requires consistent bandwidth (~5 Mbps stable). Buffering and UI freezes typically indicate connection issues:

  • Test on different network — switch from WiFi to mobile data, or vice versa
